2) Source of The Food : Researching about the brand which you are buying on the internet or asking the shopkeeper/retailer where the food is sourced from.

3) Shelf Life : The Shelf Life of Organic Food Is Low. The Product Will Get Spoilt since there will be less preservatives on them. If the product looks shiny,polished ,uniform and even be sure its not organic.So You Get To Eat Fresh which will have more prana according to Ayurveda which will increase your energy and health.
