Sunlight : In this busy lifestyle we work and workout in a closed environment due to which we are having less exposure to sunlight which is leading to imbalances in the body and causing diseases.
Physical Activity: Motion creates good emotions in the mind. When you are positive you automatically start becoming healthy. So, Break a sweat daily via running,swimming, jogging, aerobics or dancing or any other EXERCISE. Be committed and start exercising.
