The world is beautiful and your life is beautiful. The mind creates projections and negativity of the world and you need to change the way you perceive the world. Here are the 6 ways i have covered in the podcast.
Awareness : Firstly you got to make a list of your likes and dislikes in a notebook. Then see if the likes are more or the dislikes.
Increasing Likes: Start using the word ‘ I LIKE ‘ more in your vocabulary and language. I like exercising, i like people, i like my life, i like to think, i like walking, i like my family, i like communicating with others.
Start expressing gratitude for what u have in life. Gratitude is the most positive emotion you can experience. Out of gratitude faith will be born and in faith great things begin manifesting in your life.
Avoid Addiction : To fit into the world we do a lot of things which the world likes but you should make sure it does not turn into addiction. Have more likes in your life so that u can switch likes when u feel bored.
Decreasing your dislikes : You have to start reducing these words in your vocabulary :’ I HATE ‘, ‘ I CANNOT STAND’, ‘ I AM DISGUSTED’.Our words create the reality. Start being neutral to your dislikes and stop feeding them or channeling your energy towards your negativity and dislikes. Instead use your energy to increase your likes and positivity.
Avoid Dislikes To Become Hatred : What you choose to read, what you put into your mind is your choice. Make a wise choice. Start putting things into your mind which are beneficial for your growth. Flood your mind with the positive thoughts and beleifs and be aware of the negative
Strong Values and Growth Mindset : Use the spiritual guides and books to strengthen your value system and do not falter with your values.Always have a growth mindset . If a negative situation comes in your life see what you can learn and grow from it. All the scriptures say this.
Finally, if you follow these 6 steps your mind will start relaxing and you will have less stress and amazing immunity. Likes and dislikes will keep increasing and decreasing. Keep working on increasing your likes and decreasing your dislikes.
